人文素质教育中心秉承“严谨治学、甘为人梯”的教育理念，汇聚了人文艺术领域的优秀师资力量。现有教职工25人，其中教授6人、副教授7人、高级讲师1人、讲师5人、博士后3人，党政管理岗2人。1人获北京市教学名师、1人获北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛人文类A组一等奖，2人获北京科技大学教学名师，2人获“我爱我师——我心目中最优秀的老师”，1人获校青年教师教学基本功比赛（文科类）一等奖第一名。

Humanities Quality Education Center adheres to the educational philosophy of "rigorous scholarship and being willing to serve as a ladder for others", and has gathered outstanding teaching staff in the fields of humanities and arts. Currently, there are 25 full-time teachers, including 6 professors, 7 associate professors, 1 senior lecturer,  5 lecturers,  3 postdoctorals, and 2 administrative officers. 1 teacher has won the title of Famous Teacher in Beijing Universities, 2 teachers have won the title of Famous Teacher in the school, and 1 teacher has won the first prize in the Humanities Group A of the Beijing Universities Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition as well as the Best Teaching Plan Award and other honorary titles.
