人文素质教育中心秉承“严谨治学、甘为人梯”的教育理念，汇聚了人文艺术领域的优秀师资力量。现有专任教师15人，其中教授4人，副教授5人，高级讲师1人，讲师5人。近五年，获北京高校教学名师1人，获学校教学名师2人，获北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛人文类A组一等奖及最佳教案奖等荣誉称号1人。

本中心切实履行“立德树人”的根本任务，并积极实施“五育并举”的教育模式，承担学校人文素质类教学工作，致力于夯实学生的人文艺术基础，积极推动各项工作有序开展，最大化发挥中心的文化育人实效，培养具有良好综合素质、系统理论知识、创业精神和创新能力的复合型高素质人才。

Humanities Quality Education Center adheres to the educational philosophy of "rigorous scholarship and being willing to serve as a ladder for others", and has gathered outstanding teaching staff in the fields of humanities and arts. Currently, there are 15 full-time teachers, including 4 professors, 5 associate professors, 1 senior lecturer, and 5 lecturers. In the past five years, 1 teacher has won the title of Famous Teacher in Beijing Universities, 2 teachers have won the title of Famous Teacher in the school, and 1 teacher has won the first prize in the Humanities Group A of the Beijing Universities Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition as well as the Best Teaching Plan Award and other honorary titles.

Humanities Quality Education Center earnestly fulfills the fundamental task of "fostering virtue through education" and actively implements the educational model of "simultaneous development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education". It undertakes the teaching work of humanities quality courses in the school, is committed to strengthening students' foundation in humanities and arts, actively promotes the orderly progress of all work, maximizes the practical effect of cultural education of the center, and cultivates high-quality compound talents with good comprehensive qualities, systematic theoretical knowledge, an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative abilities.
